Débora Santos
I'm a business professional with extensive experience working and studying with foreigners. Nowadays I help people who struggle to do business in a second language. My goal is to facilitate their transition from language classes to international career opportunities.
I hold a bachelor degree in economics from USP and a MBA degree from ESMT Berlin (Germany), the last next to classmates from 27 nationalities. Also I worked at multinational and startup companies for 10+ years, mostly in regional roles with colleagues in Europe and Latin America.
Today I'm part of the ESG teaching team for online MBA programs at ESMT Berlin and a volunteer member of the DE&I committee at Cidadão Pró-Mundo (NGO).
